XIAMETER™ MEM-0036 Emulsion

XIAMETER™ MEM-0036 is a release agent: for stoppers and rubber seals of screw tops and bungs, on mandrels used to form bags in polyethylene or other plastics, for extruded rubber parts and on conveyors belts. Lubricant: Hosiery manufacture. Fiber and yarn manufacture, reduces sewing needle friction and temperature, which prevents fibers and yarns from breaking, treatment of glassfabric exhaust filters.

Water-based silicone emulsion (35%), non-ionic emulsifier, 1000 cSt viscosity, viscosity at 25°C (+77°F): 1000 mm²/s or cSt / White liquid / Very low odor / Service temperature range: -40°C to +150°C (-40°F to +302°F).

XIAMETER™ MEM-0036 Emulsion is water-based mold-release agent, multi-purpose, ready for use in non-ionic (water) emulsions. Provides surfaces with lacquered and glossy appearance, water-repellent. Good emulsion and Dil®ution stability, good freeze-thaw stability.
