SERENYS VR 220 FOOD

Serenys® VR 220 FOOD is used to the Lubrication of valves and gaskets of all types (control valves, ball valves, water meters, pressurereducing valves, mounting aid for radial seals, Orings, lip seals, etc.). Improves seals on pressurized or vacuum systems subjected to harsh environments (marine atmospheres, intense leaching, water or steam washout, etc.). Especially suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, wine, mechanical and nautical industries. Not suitable for applications involving pressurized oxygen.

Temperature range : -50°C to +220°C (-58°F to +428°F) / Silicone/ Inorganic / Translucent /NSF H1.

Serenys® VR 220 FOOD is food-grade silicone compound: Non-melting, high-adhesion. Translucent, odorless and perfectly insoluble in hot water and steam. It remains stable in Dil®uted chemical environments (acids, bases, mineral or vegetable oils, weak alcohols, salt water, etc.). Compatible with most plastics and elastomers, silicone gaskets excepted. Excellent resistance to heat, high vacuum and oxidation. High dielectric strength (16 KV/mm).
