MG CHEMICALS 9510 is a one-component black epoxy encapsulating resin. This resin can easily be used for filling small cavities due to its low viscosity and packaging suitable for manual, pneumatic, or robotic dispensing processes. This heat-curing epoxy resin offers unlimited working time at room temperature. It provides excellent resistance to chemical attacks (toluene, acetone, ethyl acetate) as well as very good dielectric properties while maintaining good mechanical strength.
