MG CHEMICALS 8617A – Premium Thermal Paste

MG CHEMICALS 8617A is a silicone-free thermal dissipation grease. Its excellent wettability and high thermal conductivity (3W/m.K) make this paste an excellent solution for heat dissipation. Its thixotropic consistency allows it to conform to the geometry of the parts while avoiding bleeding and pump-out phenomena. Particularly suitable for: Thermal dissipation for processors, LEDs, and other electronic components, thermal dissipation for motors, bonding of heat sinks, use on thermal sensors, IGBTs, heat sinks, and power resistors.

This thermal paste is used to fill the thermal interface between heat sinks and electronic components. Its high thermal conductivity makes it ideal for high-power devices such as thermal sensors, IGBTs, and power resistors. Excellent wetting properties, soft consistency allowing for easy compression.
