MG CHEMICALS 832 TC is a black thermally conductive two-component epoxy resin dedicated to the environmental, mechanical, and physical protection of printed circuit boards and electronic assemblies. It is particularly suitable for potting applications of electronic modules where thermal management is a major concern.
Caracteristics
MG CHEMICALS 832 TC offers excellent mechanical and dielectric properties. This resin cures at room temperature but can also be accelerated with heat: 60 min at 65°C, 30 min at 80°C, 15 min at 100°C.
Property
MG CHEMICALS 832 TC is a two-component epoxy resin with high thermal conductivity. Excellent adhesion to a wide variety of substrates (metals, composites, glass, ceramics, and many plastics). Good resistance to water and moisture. Solvent-free.
