We are waiting for you at our booth 1/328 to show you the technical advantages of the two new odorless structural acrylic adhesives (glues) developed by our partner Huntsman.
The main characteristics of ARALDITE® 2080 and 2081 :
- Faible odeur – avec jusqu’à 90 % d’odeur en moins que les produits MMA, les colles ARALDITE® 2080 et ARALDITE® 2081 vous aident à augmenter le bien-être et la satisfaction des clients finaux et des opérateurs, notamment dans les environnements de travail fermés.
- Classification ininflammable (point d’éclair >95°C). Contrairement aux produits MMA traditionnels, les adhésifs ARALDITE® 2080 et ARALDITE® 2081 permettent de minimiser les coûts de formation, de stockage, de transport et d’équipement liés à la sécurité. En outre, ils éliminent la nécessité d’installer et d’entretenir des zones désignées pour le stockage des produits inflammables.
- Pas de primaire. Les colles ARALDITE® 2080 et ARALDITE® 2081 ne nécessitent pas de primaire, contrairement aux polyuréthane (PU) et aux époxy, ce qui réduit de moitié le temps d’application et diminue les coûts, tout en offrant la même force d’adhérence.
- Faible toxicité. Les colles ARALDITE® 2080 et ARALDITE® 2081 ont une classification GHS améliorée, ce qui signifie que vous économiserez sur les coûts des équipements de protection individuelle.
