SAMARO and HUTCHINSON SEALING SYSTEM (Le Joint Français) co-developed a brand new sealant

SAMARO and HUTCHINSON SEALING SYSTEM (Le Joint Français) co-developed a brand new sealant dedicated to the concrete secondary containers tightness (targeted by the Plan de Modernisation des Installations Industrielles – PMII) for the chemical and petrochemical industry.

This product is existing in 3 different versions :

• HUTCHINSON TOTALSEAL-2002 A2 : Self levelling version developed for the cracks or expansion joint on the floor or on the inclined planes of the concrete secondary containers.

• HUTCHINSON TOTALSEAL-2002 B2 : Paste version developed for the repair of cracks or expansion joint on the low wall of the concrete secondary containers.

• HUTCHINSON TOTALSEAL-2002 S : Sprayable version For more information, please contact us.

The unique properties of those products are the following:

• Good flexibility,
• Operate on a very wide range of temperature (-55°C to +180°C)
• Godd adhesion on the main materials,
• Excellent chemical aggression withstanding* (automotive and aviation fuels, Skydrol, cyclohexanon, white spirit, methanol, toluene, styrene, benzene, caustic soda, diluted acids et bases),
• Good UV resistance,
• Good repairability,
• Perfect for isolated repairs,
• No need for specific dispensing equipment,
• Available in high capacity 2K cartridges (490ml) delivered with static mixer.

This product is particularly adapted to the repair of disorder like cracks in the concrete secondary containers of petroleum yards, raffineries, chemical or petrochemical plants.

For the sealing of the primary containers base, use the reference, the sealant HUTCHINSON TOTALSEAL 34, available in 310ml cartridges. For more information click there
