Application of MOLYKOTE® G-1057 and MOLYKOTE® G-1067
MOLYKOTE® G-1057 and MOLYKOTE® G-1067 are greases used and proven in the automotive industry. They can be used at low temperatures:
- on automotive sliding door tracks
- on the guide rails of automobile sunroofs
- lubrication of blackout, sliding seat rails, window switches and regulators
- lubrication of plastic parts filled with fiberglass.

Exceptional noise reduction properties (NVH)
Standard anti-noise greases increase operational strength at low temperatures because they use a high viscosity oil to reduce noise. DuPont™, through a new base oil and additive technology allows these greases to have lower friction at low temperatures and better noise dampening properties at ambient temperatures. This has the advantage of offering :
- Excellent noise reduction and performance at low temperatures.
- Less stress and easier handling for a cleaner production environment.
- Controlled oil separation and flow for cleaner parts and less staining over time.
- Good resistance to water washout for extended life in wet applications.

Application of MOLYKOTE® G-1079
MOLYKOTE® G-1079 grease is used for the lubrication of automotive body and interior components, such as actuators for :
- Automotive power seats,
- Power rear doors,
- Automotive sunroofs and sunshades.

MOLYKOTE® G-1079 grease offers:
- Noise reduction capability
- Low coefficient of friction and low wear in various material combinations (e.g. plastic/plastic, plastic/metal, metal/metal)

Available worldwide, MOLYKOTE® G-1079 is optimized for actuators. With an operating temperature range of -40 to 130°C.
MOLYKOTE® G-1079 polyalphaolefin based grease works well in sliding contact with :
- fast movement/high load
- slow movement/low loads.
