What is ACS Certification – Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire?

The ACS (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) certification is issued by a laboratory authorised by the Ministry of Health. ACS certification (Attestation de Conformité Sanitaire) assesses the suitability of products intended to come into contact with drinking water. This accreditation is then granted for five years.

What is KTW Certification?

The German company HyCert carries out certifications for the drinking water sector according to KTW 1.3.13.

The tests carried out by the laboratories in charge are as follows

1. Odour, taste and appearance of the water
2. Distribution of estimated organic compounds such as carbon (TOC)
3. Consumption of diluted chlorine in the water
4. Investigation of released substances such as formaldehyde, phenol, aromatic amines, PAK
5. Extraction of heavy metals such as zinc and lead
6. High temperature testing

This certification is also granted for a period of five years.

Molykote^® 111 compound is a silicone compound used for the lubrication and sealing of fittings, control valves and water supply sleeves and taps.

Molykote^® 111 compound is specially designed for sealing outdoor equipment subject to washout and harsh conditions such as: meters, service entrances, electrical and underground connections. Its coating provides a chemical barrier to reinforce the sealing of rubber and plastic insulation joints.
